We are seeking Rural Surveyors at various levels to join a respected consultancy working on diverse rural property and land management projects throughout the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in advising landowners, farmers, estates, and rural businesses—helping to shape the future of the UK's countryside.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and advise on a variety of rural property matters including estate management, valuations, landlord & tenant, and diversification projects.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on land use, planning, and rural business opportunities.
- Undertake professional work such as valuations (RICS Red Book), compensation claims, and grant applications.
- Support clients with agricultural tenancies, stewardship schemes, and compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering high-quality service and advice.
The Candidate
- Degree (or equivalent) in Rural Land Management, Surveying, or a related discipline.
- MRICS/AssocRICS qualified or working towards qualification (support available).
- Strong understanding of rural property markets, agricultural practices, and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
- A proactive and professional approach to client work.
