Key responsibilities
  • Build strong, long‐term relationships with key customers, becoming their go‐to contact
  • Grow existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and increasing spend
  • Understand customer needs and offer practical, tailored solutions
  • Lead commercial discussions, including pricing and agreements
  • Keep a clear view of your pipeline, managing opportunities through to completion
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Respond quickly and professionally to customer queries and requests
  • Keep up to date with market trends and developments in the sector
Candidate
  • Experience in account management, sales or a similar client‐facing role
  • Background within agriculture or fencing would be highly beneficial
  • Confident negotiator with a commercial mindset
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong relationship‐building and communication skills
  • Able to spot opportunities and think strategically
  • Organised and self‐motivated, with the ability to manage your own workload
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating with others
