Our client is seeking an experienced Fertiliser Manager to take ownership of their fertiliser division and drive long-term commercial growth. This is a key leadership role combining strategic thinking with day-to-day commercial oversight.
You will manage supplier relationships at manufacturer level, negotiate annual agreements, oversee pricing strategies, and coordinate seasonal planning from pre-ordering to final delivery. You'll be responsible for managing product allocation during peak periods, ensuring seamless logistics, and supporting internal teams with technical and commercial guidance.
Working closely with trading, sales, and operational teams, you'll influence major decisions on product portfolios, margin targets, stock positioning, and risk management.
