We are recruiting Agronomists on behalf of several leading agricultural, crop protection and land‐management businesses across the UK. These opportunities range from established agronomy teams to specialist independent firms and farm-focused advisory services. Working closely with growers, you will provide professional, evidence‐based crop advice, support farm decision‐making and help drive sustainable, profitable arable, vegetable and mixed‐crop production.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver crop‐walking, recommendations and technical support across a range of crops.
- Advise on crop protection, nutrition, rotations, soil health and integrated pest management.
- Build strong relationships with farmers, estates and commercial partners.
- Support business development and contribute to regional agronomy planning.
- Keep accurate records, ensure compliance and stay aligned with industry standards.
- Provide clear, practical advice that supports productivity, sustainability and long‐term success.

- Motivated, organised and committed to providing high‐quality, farmer‐focused agronomy.
- Full UK driving licence.
