An established, privately owned UK engineering and manufacturing business is seeking a Sales Director to lead and scale its commercial function. Reporting directly to the owners, this is a key leadership role with full responsibility for driving sales strategy, team performance and revenue growth across both UK and international markets. Key responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering the overall commercial and sales strategy
  • Leading and developing the sales team across field, internal and international channels
  • Driving revenue growth across domestic and export markets
  • Expanding and optimising the dealer and distributor network
  • Implementing KPIs, reporting structures and performance management frameworks

  • Proven experience in a Sales Director / Head of Sales role

  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation capability
