An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated Irrigation & Arable Machinery Operator to join a progressive and well managed farming business in Norfolk. Working as part of a dedicated team on a large scale arable enterprise, you will take responsibility for operating and maintaining a range of modern machinery – with a particular focus on irrigation systems and precision farming technology. This role would suit someone with previous tractor and irrigation experience who is practical, numerate and enjoys working in a forward‑thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage irrigation systems across a range of arable crops
- Programme and use GPS, control systems and other on‑farm technology
- Assist with arable operations including cultivations, drilling, spraying and harvesting
- Carry out routine maintenance and ensure high standards of machinery care
- Work effectively within a small, supportive team to deliver consistent results

- Proven experience operating tractors and irrigation equipment
- Good understanding of precision farming systems, GPS and basic programming

- Full UK driving licence essential
The Package:
- Salary £30,000 – £45,000 per annum (DOE)
- Overtime available during peak periods
