HSEQ Lead – Lanarkshire
The Job:
- Lead and manage HSEQ systems, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with legislation, standards, and client requirements

A leading contractor in Lanarkshire is seeking an experienced HSEQ Lead to oversee and develop Health, Safety, Environment and Quality practices across their operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established contractor and take the lead on HSEQ excellence.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in an HSEQ rol
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent (essential)
- Strong knowledge and experience of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. Internal Auditor Certification would be advantageous
- Experience in RAMS preparation and site auditing
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- Ability to influence and embed a positive safety culture
