We are seeking a driven Commercial Manager to take full ownership of key retail customer accounts. You will ensure commercial performance, strengthen relationships, and work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow major retail customer accounts
- Monitor performance vs. budgets and retailer KPIs
- Lead commercial decision-making including pricing, agreements and dispute resolution
- Ensure clear, timely communication with customers and internal departments
- Support promotional planning, product specification and logistics coordination
- Deliver regular reports, insight, and presentations to stakeholders
- Contribute to the commercial budgeting and planning process
- Maintain strong compliance to company standards and industry policies
