The Candidate
- Strong agricultural industry experience within livestock production, crop production, agricultural mechanisation, agricultural business management or a related discipline
- Genuine passion for sharing knowledge and supporting learner development
- Previous teaching, training, coaching or mentoring experience advantageous, although not essential
- Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one with employer support
- Relevant degree, qualification or equivalent industry experience
- Strong organisational, communication and administrative skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with learners, colleagues and industry stakeholders
- Enthusiastic, approachable and committed to delivering high‑quality education
- Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities within an educational environment would be beneficial

- Salary of £35,000 - £44,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience
