A specialist horticultural business is seeking a Garden Maintenance Supervisor to support the maintenance of high quality planting schemes across multiple sites in London. This role will involve maintaining established planting schemes to an exceptional horticultural standard, ensuring long term plant health, strong biodiversity value and outstanding visual presentation. The successful candidate will work both independently and across teams while maintaining professional communication with clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Carrying out specialist horticultural maintenance across multiple sites
- Monitoring plant health and diagnosing pests and diseases
- Supporting biodiversity-focused and ecological planting strategies
- Producing photographic reports and providing maintenance feedback
- Liaising professionally with clients on site
- Travelling between sites across London and working independently when required

The Candidate:
- Strong plant identification and horticultural maintenance knowledge
- Experience maintaining high-end or commercial planting schemes
- Good understanding of pest and disease management
- Working at Height experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Confidence driving a van within London
- RHS or NVQ horticultural qualification
- PASMA certification
- Experience with biodiverse, living roof, or ecological planting schemes
- Interest in sustainable horticulture and habitat-focused planting
The Package:
- Salary £30,000 – £32,000 pro rata depending on experience
- Fixed-term contract from April to October
- Company vehicle and tools provided
