The Job
We are seeking a driven and FACTS-qualified Fertiliser Sales Manager to join a market-leading agricultural supplies company. Youβll manage and grow a defined territory, selling fertiliser products, building long-term customer relationships, and delivering expert technical support. This is a commercially focused role with excellent progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of farm and contractor customers.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Advise on fertiliser types, timings, and application rates.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, feeding insights into strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, stock, credit) to maintain excellent service.
- Regular travel across the territory, with occasional overnight stays.

Our client is a long-established, well-respected supplier to UK agriculture. With a reputation for quality products, excellent service, and strong customer relationships, they continue to grow their market presence across the Midlands.
The Candidate
- Proven sales experience in fertiliser, crop inputs, or wider agri-products.
- Strong technical knowledge of fertilisers and soil/crop nutrition (FACTS qualification ideal).
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.
- Full UK driving licence required.
The Package
- Β£35,000βΒ£45,000 basic salary (depending on experience).
