We are recruiting for a Farm Manager to lead turf and wild‑flower production in York. The role requires strong horticultural expertise, commercial acumen and proven leadership in an agricultural setting. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day farm operations across multiple production areas.

- Experience managing teams and coordinating seasonal workloads.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, crop performance monitoring and environmental management.
- Strong organisational, planning and commercial decision‑making skills.
