Herdsperson -South West Scotland - £35,000 - £45,000 per annum + Annual Bonus +Two-Bedroom Accommodation
The Company:
We’re working with a Farm who is seeking a reliable and hardworking Herdspersonto join their team in South West Scotland.
The Job:
- Twice-daily milking in a herringbone parlour
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and animal welfare
- Assisting with general dairy duties as required
- Working a split-shift rota
The Candidate:
- Previous dairy or milking experience is preferred but not essential
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
- Passionate about livestock and dairy farming
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
The Package:
- Salary of£35,000 - £45,000, depending on experience
- Annual performance-related bonus
- Two-bedroom accommodation available for the right candidate
- Full training provided for candidates with the right attitude and work ethic
- Excellent opportunity for someone looking to relocate to a beautiful rural location
- -3:30am – 7:30am
- -1:00pm – 5:00pm
- -12 days on, 2 days off
