This position plays a key part within the Infrastructure Services division, supporting the delivery of projects from initial routing through to construction and completion. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of work and provide professional consultancy services relating to benchmarking, procedures and management systems. Current projects include major high-voltage network upgrades, incorporating new substations and overhead lines that will significantly increase low-carbon energy capacity across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing infrastructure projects at local, regional and national scale
- Providing specialist land consultancy advice for maintenance works and new installations
- Advising clients on landowner engagement, access, rights and negotiations
- Supporting land referencing, statutory notice preparation, compensation negotiations and acquisition of rights
- Liaising with landowners and handling public enquiries
- Preparing accurate project reports and updates for clients

The Package
- Salary up to £50,000, dependent on experience

Candidate Requirements
