Climber / Arborist - New Forest - £26,000 -£35,000 + Benefits
The Job: We are recruiting for an experienced Climber / Arborist to join a growing arboricultural team in the New Forest. This is a varied role covering domestic, commercial and public sector work, including tree maintenance, pruning, dismantling and site clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out pruning, sectional dismantling, felling and crown management
- Undertake aerial tree work safely and efficiently
- Operate and maintain arboricultural equipment and machinery
- Assist with site setup, risk assessments and traffic management
- Work closely with ground staff to complete projects safely and efficiently
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and health & safety

The Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years' arboricultural experience
- Relevant arboricultural qualifications, ideally up to CS39
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong climbing and aerial tree work experience
- Good understanding of health & safety and industry best practice
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Trailer licence, First Aid, MEWP, woodchipper or stump grinder experience would be advantageous
The Package:
- Salary £26,000–£35,000 DOE

Candidate Requirements
- All applicants must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2, Scottish NVQ Level 2, or an equivalent qualification relevant to the role applied for.
