An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Junior Sales Manager / Farm Business Manager to join a leading agricultural organisation during an exciting period of growth. This is a field-based role focused on developing relationships with farmers and farm businesses, supporting them with crop marketing solutions while building your own customer base. You will take ownership of your region, identifying new opportunities and growing existing accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Developing new business while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships
- Building strong, long-term partnerships with farmers and farm businesses
- Promoting crop marketing and commercial services
- Providing practical market insight to support customer decision-making
- Representing the business professionally across your region
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes
The role is largely autonomous, with regular travel across the West / Midlands region and occasional nationwide travel.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Experience in agricultural sales, agronomy, grain trading, machinery, fertiliser, or related sectors
