Key Responsibilities:

You will be part of a collaborative development team comprising engineers, surveyors, planners, architects, and other specialists, delivering a broad and varied workload across rural and land consultancy services.
The Candidate:
- Accomplished and commercially astute rural surveying professional
- Proven people management and team-building skills, able to inspire and support colleagues
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to turn market trends into practical, results-driven strategies
- Deep knowledge of rural property law, agricultural economics, and sustainability practices
- Proven track record in rural strategy and consultancy
- Expertise in valuation and development appraisal
- Excellent client care and relationship management skills
- Confident decision-making and problem-solving, resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- MRICS-accredited degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Comfortable using social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) for professional engagement and brand presence
- Full, clean UK driving licence with regular travel between sites and client meetings
