We’re seeking a bright, ambitious, and creative individual to join a progressive and well-established arable farm in Norfolk as an Assistant Farm Manager. This role offers the unique opportunity to work closely with the MD/Farm Manager, learning directly from them, with a clear pathway to taking over the role in the future.
This is more than just a job – it’s a chance to become part of a supportive team and a business that genuinely values its people. You’ll play a key role in managing daily operations, overseeing a team of 4 skilled operators, and coordinating with contractors. You will also be encouraged to contribute new ideas and help drive continuous improvement across the farm.
