We are looking for an experienced Amenity Tractor Driver to join a growing and forward-thinking team. This diverse role will see you operating a range of machinery for grassland maintenance, sports field upkeep, verti-draining, sand spreading, and land drainage projects, among other tasks. If you are passionate about outdoor work, have hands-on experience with various machinery, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating machinery for grassland maintenance, verti-draining, shockwave, and sports field maintenance
  • Setting up and operating mowers, fertiliser spreaders, and sand spreaders
  • Carrying out land drainage works using whizz wheel gravel hoppers
  • Performing spraying, seed bed preparation, grass drilling, and overseeding
  • Hedge cutting to a high standard for non-agricultural customers
  • Operating Telehandlers for material handling and hauling products using tractors and trailers
  • Agricultural contracting, including strimming, log processing, and operating 360-degree excavators
  • Repair and maintenance of machinery

  • Self-motivated with a flexible attitude, especially during busy and seasonal periods
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team and with customers
  • Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks as required
