Key responsibilities include:
- Providing tailored agronomic advice on crop protection, nutrition, rotation planning, and input strategies
- Managing a portfolio of clients while working collaboratively with experienced consultants
- Delivering high-quality, science-based and independent advice
- Opportunity to expand into farm business consultancy (strategic planning, budgeting, compliance, etc.) depending on skill set and aspirations
- Participating in structured training and mentoring programmes for ongoing development
