We are seeking two experienced Farm / Agri Underwriters to join a growing commercial lines underwriting team, focusing on farm and agricultural risks. The Job
- End-to-end account management of broker and client portfolios
- Assessing and underwriting new and renewal business
- Building strong relationships with brokers and partners across the UK
- Making sound, profitable decisions in line with underwriting strategy
- Supporting business development through excellent service and risk insight
- Providing technical input and collaborating with internal teams
The Candidate
- Proven experience in commercial underwriting (ideally in farm / agri insurance)
- Strong decision-making and risk assessment skills
- Confident managing key accounts and broker relationships
- Organised, collaborative approach with excellent communication skills
- Solid knowledge of relevant products, policy wordings, and pricing frameworks
The Package
- Salary circa £40,000 – £45,000 (basic)
