We are seeking an Account Manager to join a well-established company in the fertiliser sector, focusing on sales and client management within the bio-stimulants and soil fertility market. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with farmers, agronomists, and agricultural suppliers, providing expert advice on fertiliser and bio-stimulant products, and conducting on-site visits to assess soil health and recommend tailored solutions.
The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting sustainable soil fertility practices, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth within the sector. In addition to sales and client management, the Account Manager will use their FACTS certification to provide informed advice on soil and crop nutrition, guiding clients on the integration of bio-stimulants into their crop production systems.
Staying up to date with industry trends and product innovations will be essential, as will conducting market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making. The role also involves preparing sales performance reports, collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery, and contributing to marketing initiatives and educational campaigns for customers.

The Candidate:
- FACTS Qualification (Fertiliser Advisers Certification and Training Scheme) – Mandatory
- 2-3 years of experience in agricultural sales, account management, or agronomy
- Strong understanding of soil science, fertiliser application, and bio-stimulants
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools, with a focus on innovative fertiliser and bio-stimulant products that support sustainable agriculture
