Are you ready to change, do you want job security & your weekends back? Then this new/additional full-time, on-site role could be for you. We are looking for an experienced animal health advisor to join us in our office located on the edge of the New Forest (Ringwood, Hampshire). As a qualified RAMA/SQP you will assist customers with sales inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Generating sales
- Processing orders
- Maintaining a high standard of interaction and communication with customers and colleagues
This is a Monday to Friday role (No weekends), with a generous 25 days holiday per year and a competitive salary.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills and strong abilities in customer service
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms
- Experience in sales and the ability to provide customer-focused solutions
