The Job Role:
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Territory Manager to take responsibility for driving commercial performance and customer relationships across an established geographical territory.
Working closely with senior management and internal teams, you will oversee the day-to-day sales activity for a range of equipment and machinery, acting as a key point of contact for customers throughout the sales process.
The role will focus on developing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities and maximising sales performance within the territory, while ensuring commercial targets and wider business objectives are achieved. You will be expected to build strong customer relationships, understand local market opportunities and deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
Location: Field based role with travel covering South West England.
Salary Package: Total Salary Package of up to circa £65,000 including bonuses + Company Vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of sales performance and commercial growth across your geographical territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with an established network of agricultural dealers.
Develop existing accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the territory.
Create and implement territory sales plans, setting clear objectives to maximise revenue and market share.
Regularly visit dealer accounts to understand their requirements, provide support and identify opportunities for further growth.
Maintain a strong understanding of the full machinery portfolio, providing dealers and customers with appropriate technical and product advice.
