- 80% field based covering the West Midlands, Wales and South of England.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Agricultural Engineer to specialise in crop sprayer equipment, working with a well-respected company that values expertise, independence, and long-term career growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults on specialist agricultural machinery.
- Conduct routine servicing and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of machinery.
- Perform pre-season checks and post-season overhauls.
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, service reports and job cards.
- Provide technical advice and support to customers when needed.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong diagnostic abilities across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to fault finding.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- A high degree of self-motivation, reliability and the ability to work independently or as a team.
- Welding and fabrication skills also a massive bonus. Full training can be given to the right candidate.
