About this Role: This role is ideal for an experienced commercial solicitor or a solicitor seeking their next step in their career. The role offers exposure to a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. You will work with diverse clients, including companies, partnerships, charities, healthcare providers, and agricultural businesses.
Typical matters include:
- Succession planning
- Asset and business sales
- Mergers & acquisitions (M&A)
- Re-organisations
- Partnerships and shareholder agreements
- Investments
No two days are the same, it most certainly will provide a flexible and varied workload that will challenge and develop your skills.
