About the Company: Our client is a well-established agricultural machinery dealership with an excellent reputation for supplying, servicing and supporting premium agricultural equipment. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Company Demonstrator & Product Support professional to showcase machinery, support customers and ensure successful machine installations across their trading territory.

The Job Role Details: This exciting field-based role combines machinery demonstrations, customer support, equipment handovers and product training. Working closely with the sales and workshop teams, you will prepare machines for demonstration and delivery, carry out professional handovers and help customers maximise the performance of their new equipment. You will become a product specialist, representing the business at customer demonstrations, agricultural events and on-farm visits whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver agricultural machinery demonstrations across the sales territory
  • Deliver, install and hand over new and used agricultural machinery
  • Carry out post-installation follow-up visits
  • Prepare machinery for demonstrations and customer delivery
  • Work closely with the workshop to ensure machines are presented to the highest standard
  • Support customers with product familiarisation and operation
  • Develop knowledge of new machinery and attend manufacturer training
  • Assist with marketing content and promotional activities
  • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal departments
  • Promote excellent health and safety standards at all times

Essential Candidate Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience operating agricultural machinery
  • Good understanding of modern agricultural equipment
  • Knowledge of GPS guidance, telemetry and precision farming systems
  • Mechanically minded with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Well organised with strong attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Fluent English language skills

Desirable:

  • Previous machinery demonstration experience
  • Experience delivering customer training
  • Agricultural dealership background
  • Knowledge of precision farming technologies

Working Hours: This is a full-time field-based role working Monday to Friday with regular travel throughout the company's trading territory. Flexibility will be required to attend customer demonstrations, machinery handovers, agricultural shows and training events.
