We are looking for an experienced 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant to specialise in our niche sectors and become an expert in the field.
Key Recruitment Skills required:
- 360 Recruitment experience is ESSENTIAL.
- Over 3 solid years in a 360 Recruitment Consultant role.
- Professional and consultative approach to developing new clients and managing existing ones.
- Confident Business Development Experience is essential.
- Resilient, positive and can-do attitude in a fast-paced industry.
- Impeccable time management and excellent rapport building skills.
- Process-driven, highly organised to manage a busy routine.
- Strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
- Experience with Broadbean, Total Jobs and CV Library is an advantage.
- Ready to collaborate with the team via calls, video calls, face-to-face and events.
- Will represent Agricultural and Farming Jobs at industry shows and events.
Package on offer:
- Basic Salary 30k - 35k DOE.

Hours of work:
- Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:45 (30 mins lunch break).
