An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Sales Manager to manage and further develop the distributor and dealer network across the UK and Ireland.

The Job Role Details:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of the UK and Ireland territory, managing and developing an established distribution network while identifying opportunities for further commercial growth. Working closely with distributors, dealers, dairy farmers and internal teams, you will drive sales activity, support major project opportunities and help strengthen the company’s market position across the territory. This is a home-based role with travel throughout the UK and Ireland, so candidates can be based flexibly provided they are well positioned to cover the territory effectively. This is a commercial, relationship-led role requiring a strong technical affinity and genuine interest in agriculture. The successful candidate will act with a business-owner mindset for the territory, combining dealer development, project-based sales, commercial planning and customer support to achieve revenue and margin objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the distributor and dealer network across the UK and Ireland, driving engagement and sales performance.
  • Support distributors and dealers in securing major dairy and livestock projects, providing commercial input during complex negotiations.
  • Identify new business opportunities while developing existing dealer and customer relationships.
  • Deliver agreed revenue and margin targets across milking equipment, spare parts and milking hygiene products.
  • Develop and implement the territory’s commercial strategy in collaboration with the Sales Director and wider management team.
  • Work closely with technical and after-sales teams to deliver excellent customer service.
