An established and highly regarded professional services business is looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager to join its team in the Peterborough area. This is a varied, client-facing role where you'll take ownership of a residential portfolio, build strong client relationships and play an active role in shaping how properties and estates are managed.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing a varied residential property portfolio
- Acting as the key contact for clients, tenants and contractors
- Overseeing inspections, maintenance, repairs and contractor works
- Managing lettings, tenancies and rent reviews
- Advising clients on rental values, legislation and estate strategy
- Managing budgets, cashflow and rental arrears
