Salary and Benefits Package:
- Paying £24,742 - £26,000 per year depending on experience.

This is a permanent full-time position. Working hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm, Friday 8am - 3:30pm. Opportunity to earn overtime during busy periods of the year.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the vineyard team in Kent. You will be responsible for day-to-day vineyard work at the expanding site. All training will be provided; previous experience on a farm or vineyard operating agricultural equipment is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for maintaining the vineyard.
- Compliance with health safety policies and practices.
- Tractor driving, including spray application, fertiliser spreading, mowing, vine trimming, leaf/bud removal, soil cultivation.
- Vine maintenance, including planting, pruning, tying down, bud and shoot removal in spring and summer, leaf removal, green harvesting, picking.
- Trellis installation maintenance.
- Data collection, including bunch counting, monitoring and recording of disease.
- General vineyard maintenance.
- Accurately complete all record keeping documents to ensure full traceability of vineyard operations in regard to spraying any pesticide/fertiliser applications.
- Ensure that all equipment and machinery is kept clean, neat, tidy and in good working order.
Ideal Person Skills Qualifications:
- An interest in expanding your knowledge of viticulture and vine husbandry.
- Excited about learning about UK vineyards and the growing industry.
- Well organised, detail orientated and committed.
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Farm work experience.
- PA1 PA3 and/or telehandler qualifications - desirable.
- Good communication skills.
- Good levels of English literacy and numeracy.
- Possess a clean and valid driving license and have unrestricted access to a vehicle during the working week.
- Willingness to work alongside Agency staff.
