About The Company: Working for a private family-owned estate near to Angus, in Scotland, which covers 2,000 acres of arable land with an excellent infrastructure and machinery maintained to the highest standards. The estate encompasses a wide range of agricultural activities, including cereal production, seed potato production and livestock.
The Job Role Details: Due to the retirement of a long-standing member of staff, this specialist arable and potato farm is now seeking to recruit a forward-thinking, dedicated and hard-working Farm Foreman to lead a small and committed team. This key role serves as the primary point of contact between the Farm Manager and farm staff, requiring a forward-thinking approach and strong initiative. As the successful Farm Foreman, you will take charge of daily operations by instructing staff on work plans and orders, ensuring they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
