We are looking for an experienced 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant to specialise in our niche sectors and truly become an expert in your field!
Key Recruitment Skills required:- 360 Recruitment experience is ESSENTIAL.
- You must have over 3 solid years' experience in a 360 Recruitment Consultant role.
- A professional and consultative approach in developing new clients and managing existing clients is key.
- Confident Business Development Experience is essential.
- Impeccable time management skills.
- Excellent rapport building skills are essential.
- Ability to prioritise your own workload using your own initiative.
- A results-oriented attitude and pride in your work.
- A strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
- Ability to handle working in a demanding, fast-paced industry.
- Process-driven and very well organised.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate effectively.
You will be required to represent Agricultural and Farming Jobs at various industry shows and events.
