Florette in Lichfield is seeking a Senior NPD Technologist to lead end-to-end product development for the Florette brand and own-label projects. You will own trials, shelf life, sampling, and validations, while working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver robust NPD outcomes.
The ideal candidate has strong NPD experience in chilled/short shelf life foods and a proven ability to present to customers. This role reports to the Head of Florette NPD and is based at our Lichfield site.
