We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment & Retention Advisor to join our HR team at Florette in Lichfield. You'll be responsible for the end to end recruitment process at all sites with the main aim to attract and recruit the best employees to support the sites in achieving their goals and targets. You will provide onboarding support and employee engagement and identify areas of retention to limit employee turnover whilst working in conjunction with the HR Team on wellbeing initiatives and benefits to employees.
Working hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Main Responsibilities
- Carrying out recruitment campaigns, for all levels and disciplines including volume recruitment for operative level
- Conduct screening interviews, utilising selection testing where necessary
- Managing recruitment advertising
- Management and ongoing development of inhouse ATS system
- Support the HR team with communications
- Manage the onboarding process and new starter integration
- Work with the HR teams on retention, wellbeing and engagement
- To quality control the recruitment process, ensuring we are in line with Company and legal requirements
- To analyse and report on recruitment trends, nationally and locally
- To develop the Employer Brand and manage related social media campaigns
- To report on monthly recruitment KPI's
- To ensure all visa requirements are met ensuring that all potential employees have the right to work in the UK
- To continue to build upon business relationships with local agencies, job centres, colleges etc
- To train hiring managers in interviewing skills
- To coordinate work experience programmes and be a STEM ambassador for the company at recruitment events
- Support with areas such as long service recognition, new starter/exit interviews and stay interviews
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven recruitment track record in fast paced, high volume environment - ideally FMCG
- Experience of working on retention and wellbeing initiatives
- Knowledge of UK recruitment legislation to include GDPR, Modern Slavery, ETI and DE&I
- The ability to work in a fast paced organisation under pressure
- Creativity and ability to think outside of the norm to address challenges
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across a range of stakeholders
- Ability to prioritise with strong organisational skills
- Knowledge of HRIS systems
