We have an exciting opportunity for a BUUK Financial Control Administrator to join our team at Florette in Lichfield, WS13 8NF.
This role is toprovide administrative support and assistance with all aspects of the financial accounting, reporting, tax and treasury functions.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Main Responsibilities
- New supplier setup and process management
- Management of the UK expenses process
- Assist Financial Accounting function with month end activities including journal posting, reporting and balance sheet analysis
- Production of monthly KPIS for Financial Controller
- Audit support
- Support the Accounts Payable team with processing, reconciliations and query resolution
- Assist Financial Accounting function with adhoc analysis to support month end and year end requirements
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience of accounting/Finance function.
- Previous experience of working with excel using vlookups and pivot tables.
