We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Nights Team Leader to join our team at Florette in Lichfield, WS13 8NF. This role is responsible for co-ordinating the efficient operation of the despatch team to ensure accurately picked pallets of finished products are prepared and loaded onto vehicles on schedule, whilst maintaining an organised and safe working environment.

Working hours: 4 on 4 off shift pattern - working nights

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee set up and checks of MHE equipment within the area, ensuring safety and pre-start up checks are completed in accordance with procedure.
  • Organise and co-ordinate task allocation for team members to ensure accurate picking and loading, adherence to stock rotation, and compliance with the daily plan.
  • Manage breaks efficiently.
  • Liaise with operations and transport teams to confirm timeframes for finished product supply, ensuring high levels of productivity, service and quality, while promptly escalating any potential issues.
