We have an exciting opportunity for a Yard Operative to join our team at Florette in Lichfield, WS13 8NF. This role is responsible for maintaining site standards of hygiene and cleanliness with managing the removal of all rubbish around site.
Working hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 10am - 6pm Pay: £13.99 per hourMain Responsibilities Maintain all areas outside the factory but within the site boundaries free from rubbishMaintain the compactors and skips that they are always working correctly and free from build up around them plus filled when required.
Smoke shelter is maintained to a high standard to be free of rubbish or cigarettes with the emptying of the bins as and when required.
Support stores and intake as and when required with FLT skills. Highlight any food or people safety issues to your manager from around the site.
Skills and Experience Required To have basic written and spoken understanding of EnglishAbility to understand and undertake Food Safety Qualification.
Have a flexible approach to work and hours.
Ability to understand and adhere to Health and Safety requirements.
Able to carry out duties in line with Occupational Health requirements.
