We have an exciting opportunity for a creative, experienced Brand Manager to join our award-winning team at Florette in Lichfield on the next stage of our brand journey. You will work with our Head of Category & Marketing to lead marketing initiatives aligned to our new Florette brand strategy that strengthens our brand engagement. You will help lead the execution of integrated marketing strategies, ensuring strong brand presence in-store and online.

Working hours: 37.5, Monday to Friday

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manages PR strategy (engaging trade & consumer content, viral brand activation & influencer campaigns)
  • Leads agency relationships and through-the-line activation
  • Develops best in class retail brand activation to drive brand conversion (online & instore)
  • Quality champion for Florette brand, identifying opportunities to improve quality standards
  • Leads CSR agenda for Florette brand, identifying future opportunities to engage with consumers & trade
  • Leads annual brand planning process (in collaboration with Category & NPD) to research suitable territories for Florette brand & bring market leading NPD launch plans to the trade
  • Works with Florette Food Service team to unlock opportunities to drive FFS in trade

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Marketing experience within FMCG, ideally within food & drink
  • Proven track record of campaign delivery
  • Highly organised with strong project management & analytical skills
  • Experience of working with agencies and cross functional teams
  • Strong relationship building & communication skills (at all levels to internal & external stakeholders)
  • Creative thinker & results driven
