About the Company

Agrial Fresh Produce operates several manufacturing sites across the UK, producing and distributing pre‑packed fresh salad bags and bowls to major retailers and restaurants. The Wigan site is located at Martland Park Industrial Estate.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver company products to customers in a professional, safe and timely manner, adhering to the Working Time Directive and all safety considerations.
  • Deliver to major RDCs with some multi‑drop involved.
  • Carry out other duties within the warehouse and distribution department, such as light clean work (palletised salad).
  • Safely drive company vehicles, complying with all driving laws and regulations.
  • Perform daily vehicle checks and report any defects to ensure the vehicle and its load are road‑worthy.
  • Abide by customer rules and regulations while on site and act as an ambassador for Agrial.
  • Use the Microlise drive TAB/EPOD system.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience driving HGV vehicles on UK roads.
  • Valid Full HGV Class 1 licence.
  • Driver CPC qualification card.
  • Over 25 years old.
  • Ability to work effectively and professionally in accordance with company standards, policies and procedures.

  • Working hours: 4 on, 4 off on a night shift, 12 hour shifts.
