Temporary HR Administrator (6 month FTC) When registering to this job board you will be redirected to the online application form. Due to site expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our team at Florette in Lichfield, WS13 8NF, on a temporary basis for 6 months. The successful candidate will assist with both HR administration and onboarding tasks, ensuring that all employment obligations are delivered across sites as part of our site expansion plans. You will support the integration, alongside the site management team, of all HR project tasks with support from colleagues, in order to allow a smooth transition and training of new starters. You will be confident, collaborative, and primarily a people-person! Working hours: Mon-Fri, 08:30am – 17:00pm Pay: Up to £27,500 per annum pro rata Main Responsibilities * Coordination of the new starter process involving the induction of new starters, ensuring the relevant compliance checks are undertaken and details inputted onto the HR system. * To coordinate the reference process both for new starters and ex-employees. * Working with site HR team on delivery of wellbeing activities where required. * Ensure that operational based employees are being trained and signed off accordingly. * Carry out Operational Check ins with all new operational employees. Skills and Experience Required * Experience in a HR/Resourcing environment is desirable * Notable administration work experience supported with strong attention to detail skills. * Experience with employee onboarding internally and the HR contractual paperwork related to this. * Confident, collaborative, and primarily a people-person! * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Proficient with Microsoft Office – PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
