This role is to process all goods into and out of the logistics department in a timely manner.
The role works with the Yard Operative to tip deliveries and load pallets when required.
Responsibilities
- Process all goods into and out of the department, including consumables, finished products, returns and waste.
- Handle physical movements of goods: receipt, check, locate, pick, select, label, assumable, identify, wrap, marshal, recycle, load and dispatch.
- Complete relevant paperwork accurately.
- Report any quality or safety issues to the Logistics team leader.
- Use material handling equipment correctly.
- Ensure the Factory is supplied with necessary consumables at all times.
Qualifications
- Qualified and experienced FLT driver.
- Good knowledge of Yard and Store work.
- Experience with a Food Manufacturing site.
- Working Hours & Compensation
Monday to Friday, 22 to 48 hours per week. Pay: £13.99 per hour, with inclusion in the annual bonus scheme.
