Overview of the Warehouse and Shunting Operative (Nights) position at Florette, Lichfield (WS13 8NF). Night shifts are from 6pm to 6am, working 4 on 4 off. Pay is £17.55 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out pre‑start checks to the Terberg shunt vehicle following training.
  • Perform operational tasks according to standard operating procedures.
  • Provide regular updates of trailers on the yard to the Team Leader.
  • Check fridge trailer temperatures and conduct visual tyre checks on the yard and bays before loading.
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and adopt a CAYG policy in the yard.
  • Ensure all reasonable measures to maintain asset care of equipment including scanners, MHE, and other necessary equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Warehouse experience in FMCG.
  • Basic level of written and verbal English.
  • Ability to complete a rigorous driving assessment.
