We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Finance Analyst to join our team at Florette in Lichfield, WS13 8NF. The successful candidate will be part‑qualified (CIMA/ACCA) with a drive to gain full accreditation. This role supports the Commercial and Transport departments in understanding their financial performance against their KPIs (Budget, Last Year, Forecasts, Market) and assists in business partnering activities such as weekly/monthly reports, forecasting and budgeting.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00. Pay: £Competitive DOE, with annual bonus and accreditation support.
Main Responsibilities
- Business partner with Commercial and Transport functions.
- Oversee overheads for Commercial and Marketing and full P&L for Transport Fleet Operation.
- Provide weekly and monthly analysis to commercial and transport teams, highlighting sales and margin variances.
- Assist with internal and external audits ensuring data in Floris (ERP) and Challenge is accurate.
- Support UK Finance department requirements on an ad‑hoc basis.
- Harmonise and innovate processes while ensuring system adherence across sites and share best‑practice approaches.
Skills and Experience Required
- Part‑qualified (CIMA/ACCA) with a drive to gain full accreditation.
- Experience as a Finance Analyst in a manufacturing or FMCG, food or logistics company.
- Understanding of accruals, prepayments and analysis of large data sets.
- Ability to work at pace with weekly reporting schedules and daily operational challenges.
- Ambitious, analytical, self‑motivating.
- Understanding of Commercial Finance for business partnering with Sales teams.
- Own vehicle to visit our site and bi‑weekly trips to Wigan.
