Customer Consultant – Machynlleth Office
Location: Machynlleth
Hours: 9–1 or 9–5 (Part‑time / Full‑time) Please confirm on application, full time or part time.
Agri Advisor is seeking a hard‑working and motivated individual to join the Principality Building Society team in Machynlleth. This is a varied role suited to someone who is reliable, professional, and committed to delivering an excellent level of customer service.
Main Responsibilities
- Providing a warm, efficient, and professional service to all customers.
- Assisting members with their savings enquiries, mortgage questions, and day‑to‑day transactions.
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Supporting branch operations and contributing to a positive, team‑focused working environment.
Additional Responsibilities
Applicants will also support Agri Advisor as an Administrative Assistant, undertaking:
- Document preparation and filing
- Data input and record maintenance
- Support to the wider advisory team as required
