What You\’ll Be Doing
- Supporting existing partners through onboarding, training, and exceptional customer service
- Actively recruiting new partners and identifying fresh opportunities for collaboration
- Driving partner engagement to boost activations, retention, and sales performance
- Planning your territory effectively to meet business targets and sustainability goals
- Attending trade shows, conferences, and events to expand brand awareness
- Staying on top of market trends and delivering timely, insightful reporting
- Leading engaging partner training sessions while upholding FCA compliance
- Working towards clearly defined KPIs that reflect Agria\’s industry-leading standards
