Overview
The Role: Are you a master of organisation with a passion for people and precision? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments, managing complex diaries and high-level stakeholders with ease?
Agria is looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant to join us on a maternity cover contract of up to 12 months, supporting our Managing Director and UK Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This is more than just a support role – it’s a chance to be at the heart of a purpose-driven company that values initiative, collaboration, and excellence.
We are based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire and currently work to a hybrid model of one day per week in the office (every Wednesday), although some level of flexibility will be required for this role.
We will be looking for someone to join us from mid October.
What you’ll be doing
- Diary Management: Own and orchestrate the calendars of the Managing Director and SLT, including travel, meetings, and international arrangements
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across the UK and wider Agria Group, ensuring seamless communication
- Meeting Mastery: Record accurate minutes for key committees and leadership forums
- Event Coordination: Organise offsite meetings, training sessions, and company events – from strategy days to Dogs & Donuts
- Presentation & Reporting: Create and format high-impact PowerPoints and leadership reports
- Logistics & Hospitality: Support internal and external visitors with travel, accommodation, and meeting schedules
- Expense Management: Assist the Managing Director and SLT with expense submissions and credit card reconciliations
- Carbon Tracking: Maintain records for hotel and catering bookings to support sustainability efforts
- Employee Engagement: Contribute to wellness initiatives, social events, and the Employee Forum

- Insurance industry experience – you understand the pace, the people, and the priorities
