Agria-Pet-Insurance is looking for a Customer Retention Specialist to join their team in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. In this role, you'll support customers nearing the end of their policy, helping them navigate their options and renewals while providing excellent customer service.

The position offers a competitive commission structure with an OTE of £30,000 - £32,000 in the first year, along with 25 days annual leave, wellness support, and discounts on pet insurance.

This role can be remote or in-office once a week, starting August 2026 with an onboarding induction provided.
