You'll shape data-driven pricing strategies, oversee product and pricing change, and ensure strong customer, commercial and regulatory outcomes.
We are based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire and all attend the office once a week on a Wednesday.
Enhancing pricing and risk models using GLMs, machine learning and actuarial techniques.
Driving pricing strategy to meet loss ratio targets while supporting growth in policy volumes and GWP.
Providing regular insight and reporting to senior committees on performance, trends and recommended actions.
Collaborating cross-functionally with actuarial, product and functional leads to embed best practice.
Monitoring regulatory and market developments and translating them into pricing and product improvements.
Proven experience in pricing, product, underwriting or actuarial roles within insurance or financial services.
Strong technical capability in pricing models, risk analysis, GLMs, machine learning and data-driven decision making.
Confident people manager with experience coaching and developing high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of regulatory expectations, including product governance, fair value and consumer duty.
Proficient in SAS, SQL, Python and familiar with pricing tools such as Earnix, Quantee or Radar.
