AB Neo, the specialist neonate nutrition division of AB Agri, is seeking a Technical Supervisor to support our innovative Pump and Grow system for piglets. This practical role combines technical knowledge with customer engagement, serving as the key technical contact for customers, distributors and internal teams. You will be responsible for supporting installations, resolving issues, delivering training, and ensuring the proper use of the system on farms. As part of a small and collaborative team, you will also contribute to commercial activities and build close relationships with a select group of customers, helping support the business’s continued growth.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide technical support for the Pump and Grow system, with a focus on pigs and piglets.
- Support customers in understanding how the system can fit into and improve their daily farm operations.
- Train colleagues, distributors and others involved in selling or supporting the system.
- Supervise installations and help ensure the system is properly implemented on farms.
- Work closely with commercial teams in Denmark and internationally, as well as technical, R&D, procurement and product planning stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales managers and technical managers across other AB Neo companies.
- Support commercial activity where needed, including direct customer contact and occasional sales support.
What you'll bring:
- Agricultural education, a Graduate in Agribusiness or a comparable agricultural background.
- Practical experience from farm operations, from farm management or responsibility for an area within a larger farm.
- Around 3+ years of relevant experience, although we are open to considering a highly qualified candidate with slightly less experience.
- Solid understanding of pig or piglet production; experience with other species may be useful, but the current system focus is pigs.
